Every registered customer with their join date, order count and lifetime spend. Click a customer to see their profile, addresses and full order history.
Customers register themselves on the storefront (guest checkout also works — guest orders are trackable via /order/{id} links sent by email).

Product reviews arrive here for moderation. Approve to publish on the product page, or reject to keep them hidden.
AI moderation
With Claude configured, reviews can be auto-screened for spam and toxicity, and long review threads summarised into a short digest per product. See AI Features.
